Inbox quantity is optimized based on your monthly email volume to ensure the best deliverability. We
follow the industry best practice of maximum 20 emails per inbox per day, which means for 25,000
monthly emails, you need approximately 50 inboxes to maintain optimal sending patterns and reputation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the
remaining cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted
service.
What happens if I exceed my email volume limit?
If you approach your volume limit, we’ll notify you with upgrade recommendations. Small overages (up to
10%) are automatically accommodated with a small additional charge. For larger overages, we’ll help you
upgrade to a suitable plan to maintain optimal performance.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No hidden fees whatsoever. The price you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, no activation
charges, no cancellation fees. All features listed in your plan are included at no additional cost.
How does annual billing work and what are the savings?
Annual billing provides a 20% discount on all plans. You pay upfront for the entire year and receive the
equivalent of 2.4 months free. Annual subscribers also get priority support and early access to new
